Envision Health at South Phoenix Healthy Start

OMUS has (virtually) brought the Envision Health: Creative Expression Workshop to South Phoenix Healthy Start (SPHS)! SPHS participants, staff, and Community Action Network (C.A.N) members welcomed us as we facilitated a session full of creativity, reflection, and visioning.

South Phoenix Healthy Start is a community-based infant mortality reduction program offering free classes, services, and referrals to parents. Their mission is to increase the number of infants that live and remain healthy past one year of age.
