Our Mothers and Us (OMUS) will host it’s first “Envision Health: Creative Expression Workshop” of the year, designed to cultivate discussion about self-care and health goal-setting— social, emotional, mental, and physical. Imagine a paint n’ sip (non-alcoholic beverages this time, sorry!) / vision board party / health education workshop all wrapped into one!
